Here’s what
you need:
¼ C chick
peas
¼ water
2 ½ T tahini
1 T lemon
juice
1 T red wine
vinegar
1 t soy sauce
½ t Dijon
1 small
clove garlic
1 t maple
syrup
Salt
Pepper
1 T olive oil
from oil packed sundried tomatoes

in a high speed blender and whirl until totally smooth.
